i know it's been a long time, but i have so much to tell!!
I WENT ON A GAP YEAR!
it really was so lovely, i couldn't possibly tell all the places i've been, but let me say it was how a gap year should be! daddy made sure i'd be safe, so i had the best hotels all the way around! and the SHOPPING!! tokyo is amazing, i feel like gwen stefani (who is brilliant!!), i love japan!! i tried to learn the language, but didn't get very far, luckily a lot of people speak english over there, which is... well, great!
i'm sorry for being very exclamationy, i'm sooo excited, i haven't been back very long, and it's all been odd being home!
will update more when i get a chance to, but i need sleep! a god-knows-how-long flight will do that to you! |

Hello my little munchkins!
I'm sorry I haven't updated for a while, I've been super busy with all of my little project things that I have going on at the moment! First of all I continued trying to write my book, but got a little distracted by the fact that I know that its absolute rubbish! Honestly, I will give up on it one day, there is just no point in carrying it on. Hmm. Manchester tomorrow, I have to get up early, sigh. But Lauren and Elsie, hurrah! I made sugary sugary yummy brownies today to take up with me as a thankyou for having me present. The trick is to cook them in a really deep thing, like you would for a cake or something, and make them a bit over an inch high (actually I have no idea, I don't really work in inches very well, but what I think is an inch!) and then the middle bit doesn't get properly cooked, and you get this lovely sugary not gloopy, but...... veryyyyy gooey and nice centre, yum!
I've also been trying my hand at making clothes this week (ooooooh, very impressive I hear you say (because i'm slightly crazy)) but they've all turned out verrrry very bad! Sigh. Oh well. I'm getting kinda bored now so I may just go to bed, maybe maybe. I'm going off the computer anyway!

So, James did come round, he's just gone. We didn't end up going into town, preferring instead to stay in and keep warm! For those of you who are wondering, James isn't my boyfriend (but hey, a girl can dream ^_~). So, instead of random walking around which is what we probably would have done had we gone out, we stayed inside and talked about... stuff!
It was one of those things where you don't really talk about anything, but still have a really good time! Strange when that happens eh? Well, this coming week i'm not really up to much at all, still looking (not very hard) for a job, hmm. I might just go into town and speak to random people, thats always fun! Walk behind people, yell CHRIS! and see how many people turn around, tee hee.
Well I have to do something to occupy myself! I might write some more of my book, haha, can you believe that I'm actually writing a novel? What, you can? You say that everyone and their friend is a writer these days? Goddammit!. Maybe i'll become an artist instead then. In fact, I'm not actually that arty at all, but i can try, can't I!
Hmm. Where am I going with this? Oh yeah, me and James, earlier we were just there with the box on (as in the channel, not just the tv) commenting on all of the songs (as per usual) and then what should come on but hey ya by outkast! Strange that I've heard that song so much, but i'm not yet sick of it! Wacky, some might say.
Oh yeah, going to Manchester next weekend, to visit Lauren and Elsie, I'm hoping that they'll take me to afflecks again! And we might go check out some local bands or something, I don't know. Daddy has given me the usual £500 to do whatever I want with, seeing as I've spent all of my money on clothes and cds, so a lot of fun could be had!

greetings.
i've had a diary since i was six, but i thought seeing as livejournals are sooo hot right now, i'd start my own. i don't lead a very interesting life, but i'm sure i can amuse myself online, and seeing as i've got my own pc, i can do it pretty often (my journal that is, tee hee!!)
um, about me. i live just outside reading, and that's about it. i drive to bristol and manchester quite a lot, because i have old uni friends there. i won't bore you with details, but most of my entries will be about there. or london. because london's fab!!
today has been tres boring. i went for my normal morning jog, and popped in the newsie's on the way back, and bought some marzipan (i <3 marzipan!!) and some mineral water, because i swear the stuff out the tap's yellow. i must get Daddy to call the man about that.
anyway, i'm off out again soon. i'm not sure where though, James is coming over, and we might head into town.
